Chapter Event Calendar Request and Guidelines

Please submit your request for event postings on the Chapter Calendar here. Event type designations for Member-Only, Closed and Open are included below as defined by National H.O.G. Public events are non-Chapter organized activities and must adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Dealer special events such as charity rides, Chapter appreciation days and other Dealer organized activities.
  2. Other H.O.G. Chapters' activities such as Harleyfest and Ride for a Reason.
  3. Active members having rides of interest to the Chapter such as member memorial rides, day rides and destination rides.
  4. Non-exclusive meaning that anyone is welcome to attend.
  5. Wolverine Harley Davidson Dealer's and/or Wolverine Chapter primary officers' approval prior to posting.

Provide the event location.

Provide a brief description of your event.
?
Select the type of event. Non-chapter events are always considered Public.

Event Contact Information:

Provide a primary contact name for any questions regarding the event.

Provide a phone number for the primary contact.
?
Provide the email address of the primary contact.

You may attach a digital copy of the event flyer. Allowed file types are GIF, JPG,PNG and PDF, 4MB file size limit.
